Today was the first day of Autumn, but it looked like a mid-summer day!
What a nice day to go out with a camera and try to make a nice summer photograph
And so I went out, I tried, I waited and tried again. I even got myself a little stool and waited for the perfect moment.
There were some bees in my garden and I focussed on shooting them, suddenly there was a nice moment and I went for it!
I knelt down even more so I was on an equal level to the bee! Click, zap! Got it!
Wanna see the result?
Here it is:
What I am trying to tell you, is that patience is a very important element of photography. I'm not always patient, but most of the time it is definitely worth waiting for! So next time you go out and shoot some shots, wait, look at your photo and decide for yourself whether this is what you wanted. Would you put it on your wall?
If not, try it again. Maybe from a different POV(point of view) might work.
Wait for the moment, the moment when your photo is not just a photo but got something special!
Of course this is all free to your own interpretation.
The photo above was shot with my 70 - 300 lens @ 300mm, with a shutterspeed of 1/400 and an iso of just 200 as it was a very bright day. The aperture was a very regular f/5.6.
Here are some more photos of today, I hope you enjoy them.
Please comment and share ideas, if you have your own blog, post it. Share for joy!
Thank you for your time!
